Select Team Manager Duties
- Primary contact for the team (FSA and League)
- Manage financial affairs of the teams. (It is recommended that a separate team bank account be opened.)
- Collect player birth certificates and provide to FSA Select Registrar.
- Prepare players/coach's cards:
- The Cards are provided by SCYSA through the FSA Select Registrar
- Obtain player/coach signature on the card
- Affix 1" x 1" player/coach photo (face only, no hats, or sun glasses)
- Laminate each player/coach card
- Coordinate uniform orders for the team and purchase from vendor specified by
FSA.
- Player sizes
- Player number
- Collect payment for uniform
- Attend or ensure that the coach/representative attends the PMSL/SCSCL (U13
and older) scheduling meeting in Columbia on August 7th or Sandlapper
League (U12 and younger) scheduling meeting (date has not been identified).
- Keep the SCYSA player/coach's cards and official SCYSA roster, and present to referees prior to each game
- Update game scores on League Web Site
- Register team for tournaments
- Pay referees prior to each game
- Maintain a SCYSA Medical Release Form for each player.
