The Board of Directors is dedicated to providing the best soccer experience possible for the community.  The Florence Soccer Association (FSA) is a private, non-profit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to promoting youth soccer in the Pee Dee area.  The FSA is affiliated with the South Carolina Youth Soccer Association (SCYSA) and the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA).  As such, the FSA is required to abide by the requirements and philosophies of the higher governing bodies.

The major emphasis in its philosophy is the development of each participant’s personal growth.  It is the goal of the FSA to ensure that each child learns and maximizes certain physical skills while having fun through a competitive sport.

The FSA is governed by a Governing Board which meets on the first Monday of every other month.  The success of the FSA depends upon volunteers who give their time to do the work necessary to have a successful program.  Executive board members are elected for terms of two years. At Large Members are appointed by the president each year.

New FSA board members are needed to allow FSA to continue serving the children at the current level!
